was appointed CEO of Saatchi & Saatchi Copenhagen in 2005. Since then, the
agency has enjoyed year-on-year double-digit growth and become one of the most
profitable agencies in the country.

Thomas' curriculum was already comprehensive when he started at Saatchi &
Saatchi and, as his first act, he introduced the strategic approach, "The Media
Neutral Agency", forcing all employees to think about integrated communication
when presenting solutions to clients. The results
were tremendous:
Saatchi & Saatchi became Agency of the Year 2007 and Digital Agency of the
Year 2008, attracting new clients such as Dyrup, Sony Ericsson, Peugeot, Fanta,
Burn and Kildevæld/Bonaqua. Recent wins, PANDORA and Berlingske prove the agency's
success has not lost any of its momentum.
